People joining ING Real Estate will receive a wealth of training, development and career opportunities. But our philosophy is to encourage people to take ownership of their own progress. We’ll provide you with the resources you need, so that you can expand your own competencies and experience, but the choice of direction will often be yours.
Although the way learning opportunities are delivered varies in each country, the guiding principles remain the same:
- With the support and guidance of your manager and Human Resources adviser, you will have the opportunity to explore the business, build up a valuable network of contacts and find the area that suits you best.
- During your career at ING Real Estate, you will experience different roles and projects that will really challenge you.
- We monitor your performance and development and give you regular feedback, so that you can deepen your understanding of yourself and the options that are open to you.
- You will receive on-the-job, in-house and professional training. Colleagues and managers are very willing to share their experience and advice - after all, if it helps you, it helps the business!
