We’ll provide you with the resources you need, so that you can expand your own competencies and experience, but the choice of direction will often be yours.

Although the way learning opportunities are delivered varies in each country, the guiding principles remain the same:

• With the support and guidance of your manager and Human Resources adviser, you will have the opportunity to explore the business, build up a valuable network of contacts and find the area that suits you best.

• We monitor your performance and development and give you regular feedback, so that you can deepen your understanding of yourself and the options that are open to you.
