IIF to divest Summit investment in Canada

ING Industrial Fund (IIF) announced today that it has contracted to divest its interest in ING Summit Industrial Fund ("Summit") to a joint venture between KingSett Capital and Alberta Investment Management Corp. (AIMCo), together KingSett/AIMCo. IIF’s co-investor in Canada, ING Group, will also divest its 50% interest in Summit in the same transaction.
