If you complete the Application Form, you will be providing personal information to IML (directly and/or via the Registry). IML (and the Registry on their behalf) collect(s), hold(s) and use(s) that personal information in order to assess your application, service your needs as an investor, provide facilities and services that you request and carry out the appropriate administration of the Fund.
The ING Privacy Policy detailing the handling of personal information is available on request. You may request access to the information held by ING about you and your investment in the Fund by contacting the IML Privacy Officer.
