A Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) allows investors a convenient and cost effective method of increasing their holding in a Fund by reinvesting all or part of income distributions in the form of additional securities.
Participation is optional and by making an election to participate investors will automatically have their distribution payment reinvested in additional units at a discount to the market price, without brokerage or other transaction costs.
