The long-term strategy of the Fund is principally to:
- Maintain considered investment in profitable hotels that demonstrate the potential for growth and are located in strong trading locations
- Own the freehold interest of the hotels and lease the licensed real estate to experienced operators within the hospitality and leisure sector
- Work closely with each of the Fund’s operators to enhance the value in its venues and underpin long-term Fund earnings through a sustainable rental income stream
