ING Clarion Real Estate Securities is presented with the Global Real Estate Manager of the Year Award, by Professional Pensions, the leading UK publication for the occupational pensions industry.
* Professional Pensions, the leading UK publication for the occupational pensions industry, recognizes the leading and most innovative investment managers serving UK pension schemes with its Specialist and Alternative Investment Manager Awards. ING Real Estate was named Global Real Estate Manager of the Year for 2007. The awards were based on performance data from Mercer Investment Consulting over a three-year period, ending June 2007, and submissions, judged by a panel of industry experts, for innovative solutions, good and solid performance, and exceptional service standards.
|2006 - Offices Opened in the UK, Hong Kong, and Japan|

Satellite offices opened in response to a growing universe of companies and global client list.
|2004 - Launch of the ING Clarion Global Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE: IGR)|

Listed on the New York Stock Exchange IGR was the first income focused global real estate securities closed-end fund offered to U.S. based investors. Today IGR is one of the largest and most liquid funds of its kind.
|2001 - Launch of Flagship ING Global Real Estate Fund (Ticker: IGLAX)|

ING Clarion Real Estate Securities begins managing global real estate portfolios with the launch of the ING Global Real Estate Fund (Ticker: IGLAX). Today, ING CRES manages a full range of global and regionally focused strategies on behalf of institutional and individual investors worldwide.
|1998 - ING Real Estate Acquisition Provides Global Scope|

Clarion CRA Securities, L.P. is acquired by the ING Real Estate Group, creating ING Clarion Real Estate Securities.
|1995 - Merger Expands U.S. Research Platform|

CRA becomes an affiliate of Clarion Partners; a direct real estate investment firm located in New York City, forming Clarion CRA Securities, L.P.
|1991 - Founding Partners Join Forces|

Kenneth D. Campbell of Audit Investments enters into an agreement with T. Ritson Ferguson and Jarrett B. Kling of Radnor Advisors, creating Campbell-Radnor Advisors (CRA).
|1984 - Kenneth D. Campbell starts U.S. REIT Institutional Track Record|

Founding partner Kenneth D. Campbell begins managing U.S. REITs porfolios for institutional investors.
