Our International Real Estate Securities strategy seeks to maximize total return (income plus capital appreciation) through investing in a widely diversified portfolio of publicly traded real estate companies located in Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Canada.
Our investment process seeks to add value through a dynamic top-down asset allocation and a bottom-up security selection. It concentrates on regions/sectors we believe have the strongest fundamentals and companies believed to have the best risk-adjusted return potential.
